materials for your home building project. But we also offer shell and full turnkey construction
options for both log and closed panel systems.

Shell build:
Scandinavian Homes service can be flexible if you really want to get involved though our
usual provision includes:
Excavation and construction of foundations and floor slab
Erection of internal and external timber frames or log walls
Roofing with tiles, slates or membrane (depending on roof type)
External rendering or brickwork (where appropriate)
Information for building control and warranty approval

Turnkey build:
This service includes as standard:
Excavation and construction of foundations and floor slab
Erection of internal and external timber frames or log walls
Roofing with tiles, slates or membrane as appropriate
External rendering, brickwork or timber treatment as appropriate
1st and 2nd fix electrical installation
1st and 2nd fix pipework and plumbing
Fitting of sanitary ware to bathrooms
Installation of heating boiler and radiators/underfloor heating as specified
Fitting of kitchen and appliances
Fitting of utility and appliances
Timber and ceramic tiled flooring
Ceramic tiling to bathrooms
Internal decoration
