Tony Holt is an award winning architectural designer, Grand Design Awards Finalist and regular contributor to numerous publications, including Homebuilding & Renovating.

Tony specialises in bespoke property design that provides clients with a home that serves them and their needs and delivers a great place for them to live. His projects range from new build luxury residences, remodelling existing properties, including extensions and conversions.

Tony’s clients live throughout the U.K, and he has undertaken projects in numerous towns & counties including London, Liverpool, Manchester, Northamptonshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Devon, Warwickshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, Wales, Scotland and many more.

Tony currently writes a monthly feature in Home Building & Renovation Magazine identifying existing properties that have potential to be transformed into great homes. His design for Dairy Farm Lodge was also short listed as a finalist in the Grand Designs Awards Best New Build category.

Tony is a registered Chartered Architectural Technologist which confirms that he works to high professional standards required by the C.I.A.T (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists).
