Plot 1: A ground floor entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen-dining area, utility room, sitting room, an integral garage and four en suite bedrooms.
Plots 2 and 3: Similar layouts with a ground floor including a kitchen/dining room, utility space, and sitting room. The first floor features four bedrooms, two of which are en suite, alongside a family bathroom. Each plot also includes a separate garage.
How to secure the plots
The potential self build plots are being offered for sale for £450,000.
The development is subject to a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payment of £21,254.27, unless the homes are built as self builds.
