A look inside Natalie Imbruglia’s £2.9m mansion on private island in the Thames
The singer's home for over 20 years lies away from the public's view on White Lilies Island, which was the name she gave her number one album, is now up for sale
The former home of Australian star Natalie Imbruglia can be snapped up for just under £3m.
The 48-year-old singer and actor brought the six-bedroom property, which sits on a private island on the Thames, in 2000.
She reportedly named her 2001 album White Lilies Island after the private island in Windsor, Berkshire, which has a unique Moroccan inspired house style that you can see here.
Moroccan architecture with Spanish influences
The Torn singer's property features a distinctive Moroccan and Spanish design style that prioritises colourful and stylish interiors, arched doorways, geometric patterns, and vivid colours.
A circular staircase, which provides a great modern staircase idea, leads down to three bedrooms and bathroom and then up to the main bedroom suite, which enjoys river views, an open dressing room area and en-suite bathroom featuring copper sinks, a steam room/shower, and bath.
The lower ground floor includes a utility room, cloakroom, study, gym, two bedrooms and a sauna/shower room. Hamptons Windsor office Agent Harvey Williams said: "This is one of the few locations in Windsor on a private island community. It also has a Mediterranean/Spanish feel to it that you don't often come across, making it very unique in its architecture.
"Where it's located is very exclusive, there's five properties that have access on the island."
Based on ¾ of an acre on 'exclusive' private island
The property is accessed via a private bridge with security-controlled gates to the island. The front of the house is landscaped with mature trees and a lawn with a fountain, while the rear garden has three raised terraces and a lawn which stretches down to the river mooring, ripe for innovative sloping garden ideas.

The mooring features a garden bar at the water’s edge, while a second mooring is located at the front of the property. White Lilies Island lies in the Mill Lane Conservation Area and the buyer will be able to work along the river to Windsor.
Agent Williams added: "Where it's located is very exclusive, there's five properties that have access on the island. At the bottom of the garden is a 120ft mooring so you could keep boats there and it has uninterrupted views across the river to fields owned by Eton College. Normally on the river you're facing another property so this is very appealing.
"It's very peaceful and tranquil. You can imagine Natalie Imbruglia enjoying having that peaceful location to write her album which she named after the island."
Indoor pool lies at the heart of the house
The listing by the estate agents Hamptons states that the property wraps around the ‘luxurious’ indoor home swimming pool which sits centrally on the ground floor and opens into a large sitting room featuring a real gold leaf ceiling.
Sliding patio doors lead to a terrace which also provides easy access to the kitchen/dining room for al fresco drinks and food.
