Managing your build
Once you’ve secured your plot and are satisfied with your design, you’ll next want to decide how the build is managed. This ranges from self-management to our turnkey service, where we project manage your entire build on your behalf. If you opt for self-management, you’ll commission the contractors you want to work with throughout the process. You may even choose to do some of the work yourself. You’ll also plan and manage the main building contractors who’ll broadly take responsibility for the build.
Alternatively, our turnkey service takes project management responsibilities out of your hands. This means you’ll have a single point of contact throughout your build who will manage the tradespeople working on site. Your Turnkey Project Manager will also work alongside our other in-house departments involved in the creation of your oak frame home. Your Turnkey Project Manager’s role is to be with you throughout the whole process, right up until you’re ready to move into your new home.
